Unlike Ken's post, I've been a patient of Dr. Nicely for years and have found him very personable, polite, professional and caring. As a retired professional from a related field, I appreciate his candor, friendliness, willingness to listen and directness (which, by those who need coddling, could be taken as "being short"). I would recommend him to anyone in the Knoxville area seeking a urologist.
We took my elderly farther in for a UT infection and he was very short and to the point. His nurse forgot to call in the prescription and once we figured out what happen it took almost 3 days for her to call us back after several messages. We want be taking him back.
