I had been seeing Dr. Kosinski every 3/4 months, for 6 years, as my RX doctor. I thought we had a good Dr./patient relationship. I reached out to Kosinski in crisis recently & without ANY previous warnings, and much to the risk/damage of my mental health well being, Kosinski terminated our Doctor/patient relationship. This makes me question my entire 6 years of treatment with him & re-evaluate if he ever was invested in me & my well being. I do not trust Kosinski & do not think others should.
staff doesn't fill prescriptions in a timely manner. they never followup with phone calls, or explain whats going on. office staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional.
