First off: -He is hardly ever 5 minutes late to an appointment yet will give you all the time and atteniton you deserve. -If you call the office the staff is extremely friendly and ALWAYS pick up the phone. They ALWAYS relay my messages to the doctor. I will ALWAYS get a call back that day. -He discusses all options and leaves the decisions in my hands. I could not recommend Dr. Kosiski to treat vets with serious issues. He always seemed unsure of dealing with me though I saw him for over 2 years Further, his billing manager wes quite loud and inappropriately raised her voice at the front window while discussing a billing issue which turned out to be a double billing. The doctor then proceeded to read me the riot act during our session. I understand sticking up for staff don't believe he should have heard me out for my side. Great doctor! Always gives me as much time And info as I need and he always warns me of side effects and risks with certain meds. Highly recommend! He is very knowledgeable.
He gives out controlled substances like benzodiazepines and Gabapentin without regards to how addicting it can be, and didn't warn me about withdrawal symptoms when I tried to get off of these horrible meds.
So kind and really listens, explains everything and includes you in decision making.
I'm a RN so often have my own ideas how things should be done - not necessarily a good trait :-). Dr. Kosinski listens, suggests, and together we are always able to come to a patient-centered treatment plan. I'm extremely grateful for his expertise, upbeat manner, and overall professionalism. Good eye contact. Listens without interrupting. Office staff are good. Refills are done within 24 hours. I have nothing but good to say.
He listens and gathers information in order to adjust my meds. He has a kind face and doesn’t diminish my fears. The office staff is kind and polite and med refills are super fast. I hope he stays in the area.

I cannot say enough about Dr Kosinski. He is likely the most attentive, compassionate, and professional doctor I've had, regardless of practice. He listens like no other dr. I've ever had. I'm never rushed and, in fact, most meetings last a bit longer than I expect with the doctor taking time to delve deeper into issues I had raised and bring up additional points I hadn't even thought of. Only downside is that his office staff can sometimes be dismissive.
