Dr Jepson’s bedside manner, skill, and professionalism are at the top of all ratings! You are fully informed of presurgery requirements, the surgery procedures, fully informed of the rehab required. You know exactly what to expect from him and his team and also know what you must do! I would recommend him to everyone needing knee or hip replacement
When I first met Dr. Jepson his personality was great and professional. He gave a detailed explanation of the surgery. His confidence makes the patient feel very comfortable! He gives confidence to his patients for a excellent recovery and outcome. His staff is also the best!

Dr. Jepson has a wonderful bedside manner. However, what was most important to me was his frank outlining of how my surgery will go and he did not sugar coat the way rehab will go. If you are motivated to do the work you must do post op I can't think of a better surgeon to work with.
Dr Jepson continued to express care and professional excellence in my one year follow up, just as he did during pre surgery, surgery, and in the weeks of recovery.
I and my wife have never met a man, let alone a doctor, who is as demonstrably kind, gracious and understanding as Dr. Jepson. In addition, he is a most highly skilled surgeon whose skill and technique have allowed my wife to heal much more quickly than she did when she had her first knee replacement surgery. He is without a doubt the finest, most caring doctor in whom one can place their trust, bar none!
Dr Jepson was very caring and listened to my complaints. He provided input and researched my problems ordering only the tests necessary. He was as good as others said he was which led me to an appointment with him.
