Dr. Eric Potthoff repaired my broken and dislocated ankle. As a surgeon, he did a very professional job repairing it. As a doctor, he lacks bedside manner. Is very rude and abrasive. Made me feel uneasy and at edge. He made me feel so uneasy and frustrated that I actually had to switch doctors. He Refused to help me with my pain. I would not recommend him to any of my friends, relatives or family.

Dr. Potthoff is a very compassionate caring person with excellent bedside manors and he also gives the best treatment for you at that moment.
Dr Potthoff was very professional. I had a broken wrist and he told me what he wanted to do and had me in surgery in 2 days. He came and saw me before surgery and wrapped my broken arm in a cast after I woke up. I am very grateful for what he done.
