I have honestly never known a more knowledgeable or compassionate doctor. Dr. Hansen is phenomenal!

Went for risen , in pain . I was told to go home and scrub. He did NOTHING.
Dr. Sanders is absolutely phenomenal! She has a wonderful personality, impeccable bed side manner, and is extremely thorough a in caring for her patients. Her staff (esp. Heather) is efficient, communicates well, detail-oriented, and SUPER kind. I would definitely recommend family, friends, and strangers to her practice.
Keeps me updated as we are going along on checkup. Very personable. Explains things that I can understand. I have only had one problem with his old nurse, but she is gone. I like the rest of the staff, very friendly
Dr. Collins delivered my first child over 19 years ago now. When I think of him I always remember how he spent time with me during my visits. I never felt rushed and my questions were always answered with care and precision. I always share that he had the best bedside manner which is important to all patients, but especially first time mothers. My family doctor recommended Dr. Eric Hensen, DO/ENT. His staff was very helpful in working around my schedule. Dr. Hensen was very professional, personable and thoroughly explained what he was going to do before and during my procedure. I was very pleased with Dr. Hensen and will return when I have need of an excellent ENT.
Dr. Hensen provides EXCELLENT professional expertise & personal care to patients; perseveres in dealing with health challenges, regardless of severity; pays attention to often overlooked details. An expert as an ENT, but also very knowledgeable in overall healthy living, including nutrition; willingly educates patients on array of health matters. No finer physician have I had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Neither Dr Hensen nor any of his staff wear face masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19. One of his staff told me that he "does not believe in them".
