He listens, examines, fights for you, helps you understand, when you don't understand the medical jargon. Does not rush his visits, friendly, very professional. Very knowledgeable.
Doctor is extremely attentive. Gives you plenty of time to discuss your situation. Never felt rushed through and didn’t have to wait appointment actually occurred on time .

Dr. Hensen was very professional, personable and thoroughly explained what he was going to do before and during my procedure. I was very pleased with Dr. Hensen and will return when I have need of an excellent ENT.
Dr. Hensen provides EXCELLENT professional expertise & personal care to patients; perseveres in dealing with health challenges, regardless of severity; pays attention to often overlooked details. An expert as an ENT, but also very knowledgeable in overall healthy living, including nutrition; willingly educates patients on array of health matters. No finer physician have I had! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Neither Dr Hensen nor any of his staff wear face masks to prevent the spread of COVID-19. One of his staff told me that he "does not believe in them".
