I called looking to be treated for TMJ. I was told 'no problem, he even has TMJ himself'. I arrived, payed $75 out of pocket and waited. When I saw Dr. Hensen, he immediately said I don't treat that. We had a short talk and he said he would refer me toa dentist. Wasted trip and money. A week later he sent a bill for $83. Are you out of your mind, you did nothing. I want the $75 I never should have been forced to pay for the service you never provided!
He is the amazing doctor, very friendly, considerate of patience’s feelings and concerns. He and his staff are the best, and recommend by me, Carolyn Carbajal and Helen Greer.
Dr Hensen spent a great deal of time getting all the details for my adult daughter’s situation. I saw some people complained about his wait times, I believe that might be because he doesn’t rush patients and is thorough. He really cared and was honest when he said he wasn’t sure about something. I had taken my daughter to three other doctors that could not help at all. Dr Hensen was the doctor that actually figured out a remedy that resolved her symptoms. I am very grateful for Dr Hensen!
Dr Hensen was excellent My wife was having dizziness and we couldn’t get any answers Dr Hensen spent the time to figure out the problem and gave us not only answers but options to solve her issue I would recommend him to anyone
Dr. Hensen treated me for an ongoing ear problem. He and his staff are fantastic.

Dr. Hensen is a wonderful Doctor. Very caring, listen to your concerns and genuinely cares. He did my septum repair and I’m doing fantastic. He is also going to be doing my daughter’s tonsils surgery which he is totally out of network. This how much I would put the care of my child in his hands during surgery. That’s how well I trust him. Thank you Dr. Hensen for all you have done! To fix my nose, now your going to fix my daughter all up.
Long wait, extra costs, not to be trusted.
9/1/2021 I called for appt w/ Dr Duncan. I was sched first visit with Dr Eric Henson. I asked for good faith estimate of all costs. I was told $270. My ear was stopped up, popping. After exam and ear wax removal the Dr escorted me to a small room. A lady told me to put on headphones and tell her when u hear beeps. At no time during the visit was a provided opportunity for informed consent for additional services.
