Dr. Hensen and his staff are so amazing and nice! Really thorough and caring! Everyone is so nice and the facility is clean. I love that he takes walk-ins and the wait time is hardly any.
He is a wonderful doctor. Very honest ( with an unique situation), caring and took the time to go over everything with me. Will definitely use him again. All of his staff was very friendly and helpful.

My appointment was at 2:45 PM and I didn't see the doctor until 3:45 PM. In addition, the doctor should have asked me if any other area pained before running his stick on the inside of my lower lip, which had been injured in my fall. As a result, a ridge is now there which I hope will go away soon. His manner was terse and sometimes abrupt but he cleaned my ears and examined the sore spot in my nose without it hurting me, which is what counts. He explained each treatment and was courteous.
This guy is a jerk. Openly states he hates his job. Cant recall a more unprofessional experience.
He's a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and a great surgeon.
