Super nice super attentive
Very caring doctor, he explains everything that he is going to do!
Dr. Shin is an excellent physician. He is extremely thorough and very quick to return calls and answer all patient questions. He is also very caring and informative and I would highly recommend him as well as his office staff who are wonderful.
I had Carpel Tunnel for years, Dr Shin is knoweledgeable and very competent. Had the procedure done in no time with minimal discomfort. and by the two week follow up I had trouble remembering the pain that brought me to him. He and his staff get five out of five stars!!!!!
Very personable. Explains everything very clearly. No pain after surgery. Incision is not even noticeable. It is amazing. Very highly recommend.
4 visits in total, two for nonsurgical treatments, visit #3 for to discuss and schedule surgery, and visit four for post op and discharge. Next to no time spent in waiting room, or in exam room. Dr Shin and Staff were respectful, efficient and courteous. Surgery was uncomplicated, hand is healing nicely. All medical doctors should copy Dr Shin’s patient care.
A delightful experience. Staff was courteous and helpful, and Dr. Shin was terrific explaining everything in detail and displayed a very courteous and friendly attitude. Highly recommend.

Absolutely, from first appointment, surgery, to follow up his professionalism is far above what I was expecting. He quells all fear with outstanding explanation of the procedure to be preformed.
