Dr. Shin has a wonderful bedside manner and we definitely recommend him. He did my son's hand surgery and everything went smoothly, including all the healing and follow up visits. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk with.

I saw Dr Shin for arthritis in my left thumb for years but finally had the recommended surgery 3.5 months ago. With therapy I am pretty much back to normal although full strength may take a year. I’m so glad I have full use of my left thumb-hand once again. Dr Shin has a calm and caring manner. He answers all questions clearly.
Dr. Shin is a very knowledgeable and competent surgeon. He takes the time to fully explain your condition and the procedure to correct it. His follow up visits are comprehensive and not rushed and has a very calming personality as well. The staff at the ambulatory surgery center at St. Mary is excellent, efficient, and friendly and I found the facility very clean. I highly recommend Dr. Shin for hand surgery
