Absolute worst experience at a physician office in a very long time. Waited over an hour and had to leave because I had appointments I had to make the lazy receptionist quoted a “new system” and that was all. Do not recommend. Horrible service

Outpatient surgery center and Dr Rickards did excellent surgery. Problem is the after surgery care, Dr. Rickards is too busy, I get it. But I am the customer and visits ain't free my time is just as valuable. I had to let her go someone else will do the after surgery care. I rode bus 2 1/2 hours to see her, she can't wait 15 minutes for a pacient??? Not my Doctors. Bye.

I have had pain in my hand for 5-6 months, was urgently referred to Rickards after an urgent MRI referral. After a visit with Dr Enass Rickards, sharing my pain and inability to do almost any normal everyday task without pain. She referred me to an arthritis specialist. I made it clear I was unhappy how long this process had taken thus far with referrals even marked as urgent, without any clear answer of what I have or any clear treatment, while being in pain the entire time. EXCELLENT DOCTOR. This Review from retired OR Nurse. This lady is the best. So human and nice with her patients. She has superhuman powers with hands & broken arms. Well worth the effort to see her. She is busy and there is a reason for that, she is good. Thank you!
