Everyone is professionally kind, caring and it's all about the patients and their needs. Dr Imami is very thorough on investigation with labs and family history or genetics to get facts before diagnosing and treating the patient.
Great doctors for the last 4 years, but their staff are not so good. They refused to continue treating me (breast pre-cancer) because I dispute a $238 charge from 2014. Caused me so much anxiety in the office today while I was there for diagnostic tests, which I get every 6 months. All of a sudden, TODAY they decide, or should I say the billing clerk decided I have to pay it all or leave. I'm unemployed right now and scared of recurring breast issues. Thanks for the lack of empathy.
