Today Wednesday Dec. 18. 2024 .. the receptionist was rude to the cure… she told me that someone quit and I can see why .. if she talked or had these attitude she she gave me… unacceptable I would not recommend no one to this doctor until she gets better workers.. and I was recommended to this doctor.. nope no thanks
Unfortunately, I am not able to leave a review for Dr. Erkmen as my appointment was cancelled and I was not given the opportunity to reschedule. I was running 5-10 minutes late for my appointment when I received a call from the office. I let them know I was down the street and the receptionist told me not to bother coming since I was already late and hung up on me. This is a tough one. Dr Erkmen is the best dentist I've ever had. She's incredible. I've been a patient for, I don't know, a decade maybe? I brought my husband and eventually our two kids. Sadly, it is now nearly impossible to get timely dental care here. They are booking 8 months out. If you're supposed to go every 6 months, you are basically overdue in scheduling your NEXT appt. by the time you show up for your first of the year. This includes, by the way, fillings appts. Sadly I think we will have to find another dentist.
Dr. Erkmen is a highly proficient dentist who, along with her skilled team, always show genuine care and compassion. The front desk staff are very efficient. I've never had to wait long, even during an urgent dental issue. I'm very thankful to Dr. Erkmen and her team for their quick response and exceptional service. I highly recommend this dental practice.
