I’ve been going to this office since before Covid. I like Dr. Erkmen a lot, but I do have to say that the office used to run more smoothly. Since Covid it’s basically impossible to change an appointment without just starting the timeline completely over - sometimes I have to travel for work and when you schedule your cleaning months in advance and there is basically zero flexibility if you have to change due to work travel or any reason and it’s not really convenient. Today Wednesday Dec. 18. 2024 .. the receptionist was rude to the cure… she told me that someone quit and I can see why .. if she talked or had these attitude she she gave me… unacceptable I would not recommend no one to this doctor until she gets better workers.. and I was recommended to this doctor.. nope no thanks
Unfortunately, I am not able to leave a review for Dr. Erkmen as my appointment was cancelled and I was not given the opportunity to reschedule. I was running 5-10 minutes late for my appointment when I received a call from the office. I let them know I was down the street and the receptionist told me not to bother coming since I was already late and hung up on me. This is a tough one. Dr Erkmen is the best dentist I've ever had. She's incredible. I've been a patient for, I don't know, a decade maybe? I brought my husband and eventually our two kids. Sadly, it is now nearly impossible to get timely dental care here. They are booking 8 months out. If you're supposed to go every 6 months, you are basically overdue in scheduling your NEXT appt. by the time you show up for your first of the year. This includes, by the way, fillings appts. Sadly I think we will have to find another dentist.
