I am updating my review because even though she is not comfortable keeping me on the Rx that works for me, she continued to follow up with me when I was traveling and provided me with many of the Rx that I did require. I have come to accept that some people are not comfortable with Rxing controlled substances whether I have had years of proof of success with them or not. Unfortunately they way she runs her schedule is less then desirable! Came in as a new patient. Had a scheduled appointment for 3:30, waited until 4:15 to be seen. Still was not ready to take us back after waiting almost an hour. Asked to have the appointment changed to telehealth due to waiting to long and having my toddler with me whom was getting restless. The front office said fine to switch to a phone appointment. Waited till 5:00, called the office to follow up, was told she would call in 10-15 minutes. No call, followe... read more
