Dr. Shapiro is the best optometrist any one can have! He is so experienced, knowledgeable, and patient in eye care treatment. He's the best!!!
Dr. Shapiro is amazing! Above and beyond in care, professionalism, and knowledge. I went to so many eye doctors/offices before discovering Dr. Shapiro at UTC LensCrafters. He always takes the time to listen and explain everything. He recommended contacts that changed the quality of life for me and improved my vision over the years due to their breathability! I'm not one to write bad reviews but after being a patient here for 17 years...when a poor review is warranted, it's warranted. And the treatment, disrespect, and lack of care I received tonight means my loyalty is at its end. I had an appt for 6pm tonight, Thursday. I was called on Wednesday and left a message to call back and confirm. I did that later on Wednesday, spoke with someone, and they sent me the paperwork to fill out.
