Dr Eisenbud was my doctor in 2019-2020. While he came across as nice at first, I quickly realized he did not listen to me or my mom advocating on my belhalf. He tested me for Hashimotos and hypothyroidism and told me it was negative even though I could see my results online were positive and was diagnosed with it in 2009. He did one test for type 1 diabetes and told me it was negative and I was just fat and needed to loose weight. Good luck getting ahold of anyone, even after leaving multiple voicemails
Dr. Eisenbud is fantastic. However, his support staff is so unprofessional and inconsiderate, I believe I will seek care elsewhere. I am sorry to have to leave such a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
I love that the NP and Dr.s listen to you and support you with your medical needs.
