I love Dr. Ross. The girls love Dr. Ross. She is always a pleasure to talk to and she makes my girls feel like a priority. Very easy to talk with and I never feel rushed during the visits. Doesn’t matter if it is a sick or well visit, Dr. Ross always takes the time to let us feel heard. Her examinations are always thorough, she always express any concerns and explains in layman terms so that everyone understands.
Such a great pediatrician! She always puts my son at ease and answers all our questions. I really like the fact that she's not pushy about things I don't want my son to have (like the flu shot), some doctors really go hard about it but not Dr.Ross. they used to have me see a different dr every time I took my son for a well child check which I hated but we've consistently been seen by her for awhile now and she's great.
Dr. Ross has been in my family since 1996. She's the best pediatrician we ever had. She is caring, she has patience and is very kind and attentive. Thanks Dr. Ross for all you do!!!
