I don’t know what’s going on in this office, they didn’t use to be like this. A lot of new Med. Asst. The receptionist who answers the phone is rude! She answers and talk like I was bothering her. I always try to give grace before I leave a review, I want to know if the person was just having an off day and try again. But, nope it was the same kind of response again. Love Dr. Satterly and the rest of the providers and staff, when we have a wait I know it is because they are taking their time with a patient and if I need a little extra explanation or TLC they will give it to me.
