Has a skin test and everything was explained in detail to me. Had a biopsy that was completely painless

As always the service was top-notch. Chick-in and waiting took less than 15 minutes -- WOW. My previous dermatologist never even came close to that. Once in the exam room, the professional, thorough service continued. I was out of there feeling as though all my concerns were fully covered.
