My experience with Dr. Martin and her office during my visit was very positive. The scheduling was efficient. The pre-appointment text notifications were timely and helpful. Both the front office and final checkout desk staff interactions were friendly and pleasant with minimal wait time. Dr. Martin's exam was both professional and through. She gave me good answers and advice concerning my skin care questions. I've recommended Dr. Martin to several friends and family.
Dr. Martin always provides phenomenal care. She listens to my concerns and takes them seriously. I’ve been a patient for nearly 25 years and I truly appreciate the trust that we’ve developed over the years. She nor her staff try to sell me on cosmetic procedures but when I inquire they take the time to discuss them with me and determine if it would be beneficial. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and Pure Dermatology.
Dr. Martin is everything right about healthcare. The medical care is exceptional, her “bedside manner is unequaled, and her office team are attentive. You are more than a patient, you are valued as a person.
It was my annual checkup Dr Martin is always friendly, thorough but takes time to ask questions and listen.
Dr Martin spends tine with you answering questions. She does not make you feel rushed. She is always smiling. The staff members are also smiling and friendly. I trust her!

VERY DISHEARTENED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE RECEIVED BY STAFF RECENTLY. TRIED TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE WHICH WAS OF NO FAULT OF MY OWN AND NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND AFTER I LEFT CORRESPONDENCE TO CONTACT ME. I WAS HOPING THE OFFICE MANAGER OR DR MARTIN WOULD CALL BACK. CLERICAL STAFF SAID 'DO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO' WHEN I SAID I WOULD LEAVE FEEDBACK. REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE.
I have been seeing Dr. Martin for over 20 years. I now even drive over an hour to get to her office. She is professional, thorough, and personable. Her office staff is efficient. I am always in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and her practice. I wish all doctor’s offices were just like this.
I was seen promptly for my appointment. Front desk was welcoming. The office was clean and pleasant. Dr. Martin was very thorough and knowledgeable. She is very personable.
