Didn't get back to me after initial examinations. Phoned twice but got no reply from doctor/ was hung up on by staff when put on hold. Waited over an hour each visit. Told my tests were 'fine' but when I went to see her a month later she said tests showed negative problems. The tests had been carried out 4 months previous and she hadn't spotted problem already???? This doctor is too busy and needs to focus more on professional standards and less on making money.
Dr. Ramirez is an excellent doctor. I went to her office c/o heavy periods, severe pelvic pain for approx. 7yrs. I felt like I was pregnent. She performed hysterectomy. I feel alive again. Thank you Dr. Ramirez. She is an excellent surgeron. She trully cares about her patients. Very Careful!!
Please do yourself a favor and find another OBGYN. The staff at the office is "HORRIBLE", put you on hold and eventually hang up, never call back, and neither has doctor Ramirez. I don't know what to do, I had a cone biopsy done almost 2 weeks ago and still can't get the results :( .She was referred to me specifically for his surgery and was very quick to scheduled me into surgery and so far no follow up or results. Worst OBGYN experience of my life, even worst than at those cheap clinics.
She is an excellent doctor. She takes her time. She delivered my beautiful baby boy and saved my mother life.
there is only one word to describe the office, staff and the treatment you get;HORRIBLE! I don't even know where to start! office is not clean, restroom is always out of tissue, waiting time is around 3 hrs (even if you have appointment)!!staff is rude and not friendly at all!if you have an emergency and call the office, you will get a reply such as "well the doc is not taking any calls today!"??!! she is my obgyn, who am I supposed to call if I can't reach her when it is emergency...but the most important thing is they neve... read more
This is the worst experience at a dcotor's office in my entire 6 years of Doctor visits in US. Every time, whether you have appointment or not, you wait at least 3 hours which is the worst thing. At the end, when you see the doctor, she will not even spend 10 minutes with the patient. One thing she keeps saying is "BE POSITIVE. TALK HOW YOU FEEL". Never on time. Disregards patients. Horrible staff.
She repaired my bladder. Thanks to her I am not using Diapers. She is full of Knowledge and excellent bedside manner.
