It is unfortunate that Dr. Elizabeth Hamilton should receive high reviews if it not for the phone service and staff that you reach when you call the office. Perhaps she should record incoming calls and make better decision. I arrived as a guest in the state of North Carolina from Las Vegas Nevada. I arrived on Friday suffering from an extreme reaction to some that I had eaten or a new medication. Dr. Hamilton was at the top of my list to see. I wasn't able to get in until Wednesday.
I have been seeing Dr. Hamilton for several years and always feel like she really cares about my health and has done a great job caring for my many dermatologic issues. I would recommend Dr. Hamilton to anyone.
Dr. Hamilton always listens to all concerns and discusses options. She is very knowledgeable. I trust her judgement and opinions in dealing with issues. I always recommend her to others.

I arrived at 8:40 for my 9:15 appointment. I was seen, and was out the door before 9:15. You hear horror stories of patients having to wait extended periods of time after their appointments to see the doctor, but certainly was not my experience!
Dr. Hamilton is clear in explaining procedures and options. Friendly and on time, she has always made me very comfortable. Her explanations of any diagnosis and what needs to be done are clear and complete. No complaints from this long time patient!
Dr. Hamilton was very engaging from the get go. She asks appropriate questions about lifestyle without being intrusive. I was especially impressed with the thoroughness of her exam that included checking my scalp and other areas we don't think of getting sun damaged. Because sun protection was not high on the docket when I was a child, I am much more careful to protect myself by following her recommendations.
Dr. Hamiliton is professional, thorough and also friendly. She puts you at ease while taking the best care possible of you.
