Schedule is prompt and runs on time. Staff and office atmosphere is warm and friendly. They all seem to be happy to be there and to serve you. Dr Leedy seems like someone you have known and liked for a long time. He has the most gentle touch that one could wish for from your dentist.
I am a very fearful of dentists. I have to admit that I was concerned when I was informed that Dr. Rushin was leaving. She has been the one for many years that has helped me with my anxiety. I went in for a cleaning today with Michelle(she is awesome, by the way). She told me that I would be fine with Dr. Leedy because he was like Dr. Rushin in many ways. They are so concerned about whether you have any pain or not. They are professional but at the same time they make you feel like part of a big family. Every one of the people that works in that office has a personality plus and are so concerned with your care and comfort. They seem to know what you need before you open your mouth. I heard about her on tv years ago, and made a appointment and it’s true they treat you just like family ,I had a great experience with them.
I am always pleased when I leave Dr. Rushin's office. The atmosphere is so positive, and interacting with Nancy, Michelle, and KP before my appointment always calms my fears (but usually I leave thinking that I had nothing to fear!). Dr. Rushin is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took extra time today to answer some questions I had, and was compassionate in helping me deal with fear and emotions today.
