Yesterday I received excellent care in a most compassionate manner. Dr. Chacko and I discussed my health in details and agreed with my plan of care for now and also moving forward. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to feel seen, heard and supported when talking to their medical professional.
My doctor is thorough and always have my best interest in mind. My appointment time is always the time I'm being called in the back to be seen, it has been this way since my first appointment 4 years ago
Dr. Chacko is the type of Dr. who is as always a very caring and intensely concerned about my health. Never one to mince words or talk above your understanding of what was just said! If she is unhappy about your not following prescribed medical advice, she will let you know it. I Alwas appreciate a straight talker but never bullying or berating in any way! The medical field needs mote examples like DR. Chacko, she is number 1 in my book!
