I saw Dr. Banister a decade or so ago, when I was dealing with workplace harassment issues; I thought it would be helpful to work with someone who was employed at the same place, but I would recommend against that, based on my experience. Ask for careful notes to be kept. She was often very helpful, but ultimately seeing her caused me more harm than good.
