Dr Yasik was the Anesthesiologist that I had yesterday for a procedure. This was truly the best experience that I have ever had with anesthesia this is also the first time that I have Not lost my voice after anesthesia, she was very caring and very compassionate I will definitely request her in the future if able.
Some doctors have a great bedside manner, some not so much, and then there's Dr. Yasik. She's rough, surly, and could not have been any clearer that she was NOT interested in my concerns. I was sick from anesthesia for 5 days after my same day surgery and 9 days out, I STILL have a sore throat from the tube (or the likely less-than-gentle way it was inserted and removed). I think it's time for this 67 year old to retire, she's clearly checked out.
