They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. . Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The physician is incredibly rude; after waiting over 1 hour she spent a total of 30 seconds with my daughter; very short and rude, no bedside manner at all.
