Terrible. Completely unprofessional. Decided to try her one more time because I could get in without having to wait months. Waited with two children 30 minutes past our appointment time (last time we had to wait 90 minutes and she spoke with us for 30 seconds) when I finally asked if she had even arrived yet, and she hadn't even arrived at the office yet, and her waiting room was full of patients. I will never go back. This is the third time and this time I walked out instead of waiting.
Dr. Springer seemed to be very well educated and experienced in her field of work. She also seemed to know exactly what was wrong with me with only one quick look at my arms and legs, and made me feel at ease with the skin condition I was having. I would definatly recommend this Dermatologist to my friends and family..
Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was very satisfied with my visit.
