I had to call the SUICIDE HOTLINE after speaking to Dr. Rapoport's staff member!! She put me into crisis mode. I had to get my 13 pages of completed paperwork to her right away for mt appointment the following week. After proposing many solutions, she canceled my appointment for the following week. Told me to go to the hospital instead. No apology from the doctor. That's how you handle a psychiatric patient?!?
Before I came to Dr Rapoport, I was aimlessly looking for someone to invest the time it would take to understand my struggles. Dr. Rapoport and her dedicated office manager, Lisa, took that time and together we concluded that TMS was the obvious path for me. Since undergoing TMS treatment at her office I’ve become a much happier and healthier person both in my personal as well as professional life. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me and my family.

I have been coming to see Dr. Rapoport for about 2 years now. I came in with Bi-polar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and major sleep issues. Her and the complete staff have taken every step necessary to aid in my mental health therapy. Relocating to a new city is always tense when it's vital that you find a good psychiatrist. I did my research and Dr Rapoport is THE BEST! In my experience most psychiatrists are void of any personality, no expression of feeling or care. Dr Rapoport listens, she believes you and knows just what to do. She wasn't trained by the pharmaceutical companies. She believes medication is needed, but she has her own mind, expansive knowledge of many health factors and won't waste you time with nonsense.
Dr. Rapoport has been very comforting and accommodating since the first visit. I'm so greatful to have finally found a psychiatrist who knows how to help me and make me feel normal for the first time in a long time. I've seen many different psychiatrists in the past 15 years and Dr Rapoport is the best of the best. She makes me feel at home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great psychiatrist to help them get back to life. Hang in there and good luck!
