Dr. Duncan who is one half of the other Radiation Oncology team doctor who is knowledgable, very personable in consultation & conversation, but when it's time to address the treatment, he at times deferr to the other doctor to make the treatment decision, which to me hurts his credibility, lack of confidence and appears to be concerned about getting sued for malpractice error.
