My experience here was very disappointing. The office did not feel sanitary the building seemed old, there was visible lint on the lampshades above me, and even the utensils they intended to use looked questionable. The staff’s demeanor didn’t help either; when I asked for clarification about the recommended treatment, the provider was dismissive and borderline rude. Dr. Elayne Smithen is very kind and compassionate. You can tell she takes pride in her job and patients.
Dr. Smithen is simply the best, she really cares at what she does.
I chose this location for the review . A patient expressed how gentle they were and how they made her feel relaxed. I felt a little scared at first now more relaxed. Dr. Elayne is very gental and thorough. The receptionist is very hospitable.
