If I had a way of giving them zero star I would. Firstly the place is disgusting, bed bugs inside the chair. Secondly they will try to get more money out of you by having you done things that are not covered by the insurance, and trust that it wont be cheap, the doctor actually misdiagnosed my mom but she didn't think that we would go to get another opinion.Our first mistake was going there without googling the place first because if we had we would have already know not to waste or time. Office is very clean. Been coming here for over 5 yrs now. Never had an issue. These negative reviews are from ppl who didn’t get what they wanted and got upset and decided to write a negative review of how they felt at the time . Please don’t go by that. Dr. Elayne and her staff are extremely accommodating, understanding and so nice. 10/10 service .
My experience here was very disappointing. The office did not feel sanitary the building seemed old, there was visible lint on the lampshades above me, and even the utensils they intended to use looked questionable. The staff’s demeanor didn’t help either; when I asked for clarification about the recommended treatment, the provider was dismissive and borderline rude.
