the staff is caring and helpful, Dr Jones runs on time and if I have to wait I know the patient ahead of me needs her help, she has also helped me on many occasions by referrals etc., very happy with this Dr. office

If you want to feel shamed then go see her. I have received the same exact comments as many of the other posts. I was was told that I was overweight. She has no idea what my exercise habits the amount of lifting I do nor does she care. I also had a traumatic event happen and wanted something to be able to sleep. This is the first time I have ever asked for a prescription to sleep and I got the same lecture as another post. You would have thought I was an addict coming out of there. Terrible Dr. and staff. First of all because of a mistake made by Dr. Jones, my dad was given the wrong referral. He is 89 years old and due to a fall has been in a tremendous amount of pain. I've been trying to get the proper emergency referral. My dad can't sleep and the constant pain is taking a toll on his well-being. This Dr. nor her staff seem to care. I felt so horrible every time I had to go for an appointment or even call her office, usually because I had to wait so long and no one, after 10 years, knew who I was. She is the worst doctor possible, and I have finally changed and the difference is remarkable. Often I had to wait up to 20 minutes just to get through on the phone to the "care givers" as they called themselves. She didn't have a record of any of my mammograms for 4 years. She mailed me a diagnosis of Diabetes on the review sheets that she just started using.... read more

I just made my 2nd appt with Dr. Jones and I'm already dreading it. Like many users have commented, she totally rushed through my first appointment even though I had a list of symptoms. She barely looked at me, and if she had, she wouldn't have insensitively commented that I'm OVERWEIGHT! I am a bit defensive about my weight because the number is always way higher than is reflected by my actual size (women's size 8, 5'8", 29" waist, very athletic/muscular). I have seen doctor Jones for a couple years and each time she spent no more than 10 min with me after waiting up to an hour to see her sometimes. She is always rushing and never takes the time to listen. She will talk over you every time. I do not recommend her if you are looking for a doctor who will take the time to listen to her patients. She is also one of those doctors that assumes nothing is ever wrong with you and that because of your age certain things cannot be possible. Very rude at times as well.
