Requested an emergency appointment in the afternoon and as usual was accomadated first thing the following day. Dr Sims quickly diagnosed and arranged an appointment with an Endodontist the same day. Everyone on staff was very helpful!
Dr. Sims has been my dentist for a long time. He's very kind and attentive and his staff is as well. Recently I went in for a cleaning and Dr. Sims checked out a tooth I was having problems with. Turned out I needed a referral to an endodontist. Dr. Sims' staff was able to arrange a same-day appointment with a nearby endodontist who finished the 1st half of a root canal, allowing me to get a lot done in one day. I really appreciate their service and helpfulness. I strongly recommend them!
I have not been to a dentist in over a decade because of fear and embarrassment that I have experienced with dentists in the past. From the first phone call, to the new patient paperwork, to my consultation AND THEN to the exam, this is an office that cares about the individual needs of their patients. I may still have anxiety about my visits, but I feel 100 times more comfortable now, and I cannot thank the entire office enough!
In all the years I have been going to Dr. Sims office for dental care I have never had a bad experience. The personnel are very processional and knowledgeable in all aspects of dental care. The waiting area is very clean and office staff very courteous.
Exactly as I would expect from Dr. Sims office, good care from the front desk to the exam room.
