The environment itself is warm and inviting (especially for a dental office). The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Dr. Sims (who actually prefers to be called Ed) is the most knowledgeable dentist I have encountered. I have had a lot of dental work over the years and know bits and pieces of what is what with my mouth - Ed really explained why things on my teeth and in my mouth are the way they are, how I/we can fix issues, and how to prevent further damage in several areas. Suffice to say, in my whole life, I have never had a dentist so caring, precise, up to date, and professional as Dr Sims!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sims for nine years and have always had a good experience. The office is calm, never rushed and the Dr. always has time to talk, discuss and spend time with his patients. the hygienists do a great job and the front desk is compassionate, funny and friendly.
