Dr. Victoria is a very kind and caring doctor. When I had my appointment, the staff was friendly and I was greeted right away. The wait was not long at all. When I call to get a prescription filled, Michelle took care of it right away, and I had my prescription filled in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Dr. Victoria to any one needing medical attention!

If you value your health please do not ever go to this doctors office. As to the doctor being very rude and sharp tongued. And his staff of 2 you will never even get a prior auth or get a prescription filled. To where this doctors office makes every excuse in the world of why it takes so long for a pre auth. My first time I waited a month and now it’s been 3 weeks and they used the excuse of the holidays and it’s been 17 days since the new year. Barely answer phone and unprofessional.
I think dr Victoria may be a good doctor but his staff is rude and inefficient. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Victoria's nurse delayed my physical therapy by refusing to even look for the request sent by the therapist. Twice on the phone, she told me the office had nothing to do with therapy. That was a lie, since the doctor had to approve a brace. When I went in person, the nurse came into the waiting room and yelled at me, telling me if I had a problem to see another physician. I did. I got a copy of the request from the therapist; 6 long wks later the doctor finally approved it. No apologies.
Dr. Victoria and also his entire staff including his front office are excellent and friendly. Dr. Victoria takes the time to listen to you without making you feel rushed. He is very kind and considerate of your needs, medical issues, and concerns.

I was impressed from the moment I got to his office. He has his own team, he is not a part of a practice with many physicians and owner. Even as a new patient, it took me only 10 minutes to do forms. Staff was friendly and efficient. Doctor is friendly, well informed, good listener; we talked about my health, medicines, life style; he also suggested some natural remedies. His practice is a healing place not a mass production one. My family and I call Dr. Victoria The Right Doctor
