Front desk reception is so RUDE & unprofessional. Left because I do not want to be seen by a doctor that allows their staff to act the way they do.
Absolutely love this office! I will never go see another doctor in Vegas but this office. The staff are all extremely helpful never had a issue getting meds, scheduling, or in the office. They actually care about your wellbeing in this office. The doctor actually takes his time to listen to what your concerns are & treats them properly!! Outstanding job to all the staff at this wonderful doctor's office. Thank you so much I will definitely come back!

I used to recommend people to this office but recently the office has taken a different direction it seems. Dr Victoria didn’t even spend 2 minutes with me during me last doctor visit and rushed me out of the room. When I called to make said appointment they couldn’t even tell me they moved the office. I came to redo my fmla and was told it would take 14 business days. Maybe you should have mentioned that when I called to make the appointment. This is the worst office there is. 3 months I have called everyday to get them to get an approval from my insurance. They never did! If you need a prescription you have to go between 3-4 and everyone else is there too! Plan on an hour at least!
Doc Victoria & his staff have done an amazing job getting all my meds on time. Would highly recommend to friend and family .
Dr. Victoria & Dr. Achin are both very thorough they take their time explaining diagnosis and proper treatment . First doc in town to actually find out what is wrong with me. Ver friendly staff .
Doesn’t care about patients. Doesn’t do what he says he will do or what he says has done. Has neglected to get prior authorization on life and deaf medicines.
