I have been bringing my elderly mother to see Dr Carlos for the past year. He and his staff are always accommodating to her needs. He has been able to get her Blood pressure and diabetes under control where others have failed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable doctor with great bedside manners.
I have been battling obesity for years, which has contributed to diabetes, blood pressure, and high cholesterol. After meeting Dr Carlos and adhering to his care plan I was able to discontinue medications and lose 65 lbs. He shows genuine concern for his patients and that's hard to find. I would recommend him to any one looking for a patient advocate.
Dr. Carlos is a very kind and considerate Doctor. I would recommend him to everyone I know. I have been going to him for some years now and the care has always been excellent.
I was seen@ 7:30 today and as of 5:15 I still have no prescribed prescriptions. Nurses will not return your call, drug stores never receives your prescriptions. Find another reliable staff, it's definitely not this office! I am gone! Left several messages, and call returned with no logical excuse at 5:15, but still no medicine. Very poor service! Had enough of this awful service when I am being challenged!
Fast food medicine at its worst. Waited for over an hour and a half to see the guy for 10 minutes tops. I could hear his previous interview through the thin walls of the clinic, and mine was almost the same. I found him to be ill-informed, pro-forma, and frankly not very bright. He stared at the screen and relied solely on questionnaire data, and very little in the way of physical examination. No X-rays, no palpation, and very few relevant questions. The PA and office staff were good.
Dr Carlos is my primary physician. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. When my sons were younger, Dr. Carlos treated them also due to him having a dual degree in pediatrics and internal medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Carlos and his staff. They are very kind and compassionate and try to meet your needs.
