Dr. Chan was very disrespectful to me after performing an operating on my fiancee. After the 5 hour operation, he came to the waiting room to talk about the operation and how difficult it was because of the patient's "large size". I had a difficult time understanding him and when I started to ask questions, he treated me as if I were a stupid man; I am not. I told him I did not appreciate the disrespect. I still do not know the extent of his findings but the surgery was only yesterday.....
He's great at helping your loved one at the time of need. He's a no fluff doctor, so if you need someone to sit there talking with you for hours, he's not it. But, he was conservative in rushing to surgery, seemed thorough and on point with what was wrong. He's taken good care of my mom and I thank him for that. Very experienced and all the staff kept telling me that too.
