The Nurse practitioners are allowed to speak to your kids in any manner they like. Then when you bring it to the office managers attention, you get sent a lovely warning letter because you say ONE curse word after the fact that the reason of it was of good reason. Sadly to say after being with them for 14 years , they can careless and Take the word of the PA who was in the wrong 100%. It's pretty much , take your kids here and allow them to be abused BUT IF you complain, you will be the one in the wrong!!
Yesterday I went for paperwork for my grandson. They treated me like a second class citizen. I made two trips to the place trying to get my grandson into a football camp. Still it did not happen. The young lady almost as called me a liar about paperwork that was not included in the forms. The form was from TSD which is under Aisd umbrella of schools but they have their own forms because their students are hearing impaired. She made me sit there and fill it out.
