Unprofessional, uncaring, uncompassionate. He refused to take my case without a reason or explanation. They did made me sign all the financial paperwork immeadiately, before he refused my case without a reason. He refuses to speak on the phone, and the staff lacks a lot of professionalism. NO Wait Time AT ALL!!! Super AWESOME & GREAT Doctor! Really takes time to listen to your concerns and Rd appropriate medications and makes changes & adjustments when needed. Staff very friendly. If your appointment is at 8:00 A.M., by 8:05 you are in the Doctor's office literally sitting in front of him talking to him. Not in another room waiting by yourself. I really love this Physician!
With the help of dr Gracia I have lowered the amount of medications I’m taking and lower the dosage. He has been a great help and is excellent add managing medications.
He doesn't warn at all about terrible side effects some antidepressants might have. I went to get treated for anxiety, and ended up feeling depressed, having suicidal thoughts when I would never in my life want or have any reason to. He never believed me that it was the meds. I lost myself. Weaning off can be really hard and he told me to leave it too quickly, so I was more careful. I should have been informed of these risks, and I could've said no in the first place. I regret trusting him.
He is the best he saved me from myself
I have been to a number of psychiatrists and specialists in this field, but no one ever took the time to truly understand or diagnose me properly or personally. But Dr. Gracia took the time to truly determine my condition in detail as opposed to just generally considering me an overall condition. He wanted to find a very individual diagnosis instead of the usual generalization. I needed a therapist, and he went so far as to recommend one and even set it up fr me. Excellent staff & ava8lability!
Great doctor, accurate, intelligent and great person.
Dr. GRacia listened attentively to me on my first visit. He is honest, and my impression is that he genuinely cares about patients. However, he will not tolerate patients who do not possess the drive to change or the desire to do whatever it takes to get better. I respect that. I appreciate that he is tough, has no- nonsense expectations, and will only treat me if I concurrently see a therapist. I have the drive to follow through, so I anticipate a positive experience.
