I was terrified to start seeing a Psychiatrist admitting something was wrong with me. Dr. Garcia never made me feel that way, He listens and explains the steps it takes to making feel better again. And for me that's all that matters. Don't be afraid to ask him for help.

I was very comfortable with this doctor he is great at the beginning I was under his care for a year. But I needed a letter for school and he did it, but fill it out wrong he literally wrote that I was incompetent to do my school job, and I called back and spoke with this lady who said it was the supervisor just to be asked to please change those words because it was not right what he wrote. Dr Gracia has been a major part of my mental health journey for almost 6 years now. Even through staff and office changes, he's never failed to give me the best care. Any times I have had medication issues, both him and his staff, have done everything needed to help get things resolved. I highly recommend Dr Gracia to anyone who is looking for a Dr that actually cares and listens to what you have to say and your concerns. He doesn't blow you off. He genuinely cares.

The practice was good, but something happened around the time they moved to the Mesa Hills location, which coincided with the start of the pandemic. Since then, it became very difficult to get in touch with them, appointments weren’t made, phones weren’t answered most of the time, and the staff were rude and condescending. The doctor showed up late to appointments and appeared disinterested and 30-minute appointments lasted only ten. I recommend you look elsewhere.

Dr. Gracia is the best. He addressed my medication needs and checks in with me once a month. I have no trouble scheduling an appointment. His office staff is lovely.

I tried calling about a recommendation for a letter and she told me that she wasn’t going to dedicate her time to me or helping me and that there’s no one above her. Super unprofessional, crazy!! Also she said she couldn’t recommend me anyone else and didn’t even care to help me, crazy we have people like this working in this industry specifically!

I have been with Dr. Gracia for about 5 years now, he has helped me through the worst times in my life. He is very understanding and compassionate, he cares about your progress and well being. I recommend him very highly to anyone that needs to take that first big step to bettering your mental health!

Very unprofessional. The secretary schedules you for appointments that Dr.Garcia simply will not keep. Then when she calls to reschedule she yells at you and tells you that he owns his own practice and will not stay late for your appointment because no one else booked close to you. She only provides one option for a new date and if you refuse she tells you to go find a new provider and hangs up on you. Very rude and inconsiderate for someone who works in mental health which could be dangerous for high risk patients.
