Dr. Kwan is great, front desk staff is absolutely atrocious. Front reception thinks its okay to bad mouth clients, thinking No one hears her whispers. "they're all stupid anyways, just retire what are you going on about" They make you an appointment and you sit and wait for another hour while they sit on their phones and literally talk bad about elderly clients that are 10 feet away.
Thanks to you Dr Kwan for my successful cataract surgery on my left eye last Feb 9, 2026 . At first Im so nervous of the procedure but in the middle of my surgery, I dont even feel any pain and discomfort at all while doing the surgery on my left eye. You make me feel confident again Doc after the surgery. Great job! I can clearly see God bless your heart ❤️

Dr. Eddie Kwan has very poor chair-side manner. He did not listen to my symptoms, dismissed my questions almost immediately, and abruptly ended the appointment by walking out mid-conversation. I left feeling unheard and disrespected.
Just took my 4 month old there because her pupils sizes are different from eachother. He was so good with my baby! He was a very nice man and explained things to me so I understood!
