Thanks to you Dr Kwan for my successful cataract surgery on my left eye last Feb 9, 2026 . At first Im so nervous of the procedure but in the middle of my surgery, I dont even feel any pain and discomfort at all while doing the surgery on my left eye. You make me feel confident again Doc after the surgery. Great job! I can clearly see God bless your heart ❤️
Dr. Eddie Kwan has very poor chair-side manner. He did not listen to my symptoms, dismissed my questions almost immediately, and abruptly ended the appointment by walking out mid-conversation. I left feeling unheard and disrespected.
Just took my 4 month old there because her pupils sizes are different from eachother. He was so good with my baby! He was a very nice man and explained things to me so I understood!
Had cataract surgery… amazing results .
I called his office today and his receptionist was very rude to me and I tried to explain to her that the days that she was give me won't work for me.
