The doctor listen and try to make changes every visit
The resident and the primary doctor were excellent in their manner and explanation of the condition and the future process.
My mother was referred to this office in April. I called to schedule and office said the doctor needed to review the case. I called back a week later and was told she still hadn't reviewed her case. I called again the following week, was told the same thing and then told that they would be calling us to schedule once labs and case was reviewed. It is end of September and they never reached out.
Dr Tan is amazing. She thoughtfully thinks through everything then makes her decision. She is confident, caring, sympathetic She is clear about her final decisions and makes me trust her
