Dr. Spencer-Smith is great, however, the office staff is completely horrible, including the office manager. Their lack of empathy and poor customer service, is completely unacceptable, especially since they are in the medical field, providing care to patients that are dealing with various scary and nerve-wracking health issues. The staff often schedules appointments for my mother, and fails to notify her. The wait time to see the provider is always over 2 hours long, because the staff over books the provider's schedule. Do not go to this place. Can’t say anything about the Dr. but the staff is horrible. Specially Jessica and the office manager. All they care about is your insurance - they are clueless to what an HSA or self insured is. I’ve waited over 4 weeks to see this doctor, I explained that I was self insured - I told them I had no issues paying the $220 for my visit and 300 for my ultrasound . I’m 40 and nearly 4 months pregnant. This doctor really needs to reconsider the staff.
