I have been born to Dr. Malone years never had a problem, If I need a referral. It was always on time and if I had any problems I can call to the office and leave a message on his voicemail if he don’t return the call cause I know I’m not his only patient whatever message I left on his voicemail rather ask for referral or refill. He take care of it if I come in there and tell him how I feel or when I’m going through, he will sit and listen he wouldn’t rush me. He would listen to me some doctors. The doctor makes promises when you are with him. Then trying to get those refferals and X-rays is impossible. This is my second time trying to get refferals from this office. I have not yet recieved my refferals or X-ray that he promised me last time, and here another appointment is approaching. I am not going to this doctor anymore, due to the lack of follow through.
Doctor Malone was very attentive ss he listened and took detailed notes. I love the fact Dr Malone was very thorough as well.

He s been very good returning my phone calls. Always responds to my requests . referrals are put in right away. He is very informative and has been delightful to speak to. Needed to get my mammogram and see a dermatologist asap and he set that up in a timely fashion. Thanks Doctor Malone !
Really wish I would've listened to these reviews. I've been trying to get simple work done for a MONTH now, filled with back and forth calls. The receptionist is awful, I've been trying to get in contact with the doctor for weeks but he's never in. I directly left him a voicemail and NOTHING. I really thought the terrible schedule and unprofessional behavior were just due to the pandemic but the previous reviews are from 2019!!! How is this man still a doctor?!
DO NOT USE DR MALONE!!! Have been trying for 10 days to get a prescription refilled. Left two voicemails, spoke with the receptionist three times & told her to have Dr Malone call me directly. Havent heard from Dr Malone & still do not have medicine. I will surely be looking for a new doctor.
Staff was very unprofessional, lack of communication and I had to call several times to get them to provide simple information. Changing doctors immediately.
