Really smart folks, patient and supportive through the whole process. They were great with our permitting coordination and the install was a super efficient. They arrived with a large team and worked with a real attention to detail: they took care to lay down protection, cleaned up at the end of the day, and even did some touch up that wasn't in their scope. I wanted to install a heat pump in my house. Before we just had window AC units and a wall furnace. DD blew my mind with a central air system that absolutely rocks. DD had the best quote and a great plan to meet my needs. The install took 2 days and they even helped with financing and rebates. Highly recommend this outfit! Update, I just finished my inspections today. DD sent out a rep to be here while the city signed off on everything. It just so happened that a leak had formed by the vent for my old furnace that had beem r... read more

I've heard of contractors just being late for appointments but this is the first time a company has been so incompetent as to just completely lose an appointment and not really even know why. Must be as bad a company as I have ever dealt with. Dr. Ductless lost my appointment and when I called at the end of the appointment window to find out what was going on they told me they didnt know but only that I had somehow "fallen through the cracks" because the person I had made the appointment with never passed the information alo... read more
