I had a great experience with with Matthew of Dr. Ductless. He was responsive and his team was exceptional especially Angel who went above and beyond. Both were great even when I decided to make a fairly significant change to improve the aesthetics of the project. We had all of our ducts replaced, an air scubber added to our furnace and installed a mini-split to our master bedroom.

This company and its techs and office are tops! They use the best equipment, and personnel, are on time, thorough, polite and professional. Honest as the day is long. Service visits are just as good as installation. They teach you how best to use place your unit too! I needed electrical work as well since my home has old wiring from tge 1930s…of course they’re certified in all they do, and they got the proper city paperwork so I didn’t have wrangle that chore.
