I came for a yearly physical. I was taken in right on time. The entire appointment lasted less than an hour. Everyone involved before I met with the doctor was very pleasant and thorough. The doctor went over everything that I was concerned about and addressed all of my concerns I live in Littleton and have to drive a long way to see Dr. Kleinert, but is a small inconvenience compared to the excellent level of care I receive. On a side note, I NEVER have a problem getting my perscripriptions
Experience with this practice is always good. Dr Kleinert is very knowledgeable and takes time with me during the appointment. Staff is very pleasant and thorough.
I had an excisional biopsy on a mole and the experience was very relaxing. She took her time and made sure I was numbed and ready for the procedure.
Came in for annual health screening and everything went extremely well. Dr. Kleinert was very thorough and concerned about my health. She answered my questions, offered suggestions to help me improve my health and listened carefully to issues and concerns. Been a client of hers for several years and I've been extremely happy with her care. The office staff and her nurse Allison are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Founders.
had test done, resilts there but no one would take the time to get back to me. when I told the Dr about this, they told me, "due to comunication problems, you have been dropped as a a patient" Nice, don' try to improve you office. if someone has a legit problem, drop the patient.
Dr. Kleinert is soulless. She does not have one grain of compassion or humanity in her. She spoke nothing of my current conditions or past health care, she was only interested in what medications I was on and why I was taking them. She was insulting, demeaning and accusatory -- it was like I was on trial. She told me I would have to get and more information from my previous doctors/specialists before she would even "consider" me a patient worthy of her clinic.
