I have found all my visits to be very pleasant all staff very pleasant time well managed no long delays I feel that I am in good hands at all times
Friendly and efficient medical assistant. Appropriate wait time for Dr. Kleinert. She was warm and caring and left me confident that we will get to the root of the problem.
Here for well woman exam, plus f/u from previous sinus infection. I have had nothing but great care for the years I have been a patient here.
Annual physical - Dr. Kleinert is always wonderful about listening to and addressing all my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable.
I have seen Dr. Kleinert over the past 4-5 years as both as a patient and as a caregiver for another patient. She listens well and is very patient. The office seems to be well run and all the staff I have interacted with have been great. I definitely recommend both her and her staff.
Saw the doctor on time. Very professional. Labs taken in a timely manner. Everything was explained in detail including next steps and options.
So great as usual. I feel so comfortable here and am sure my concerns are taken seriously. A diagnosis was made a few years ago that required a chap machine. I have seen great results.
Dr. Kleinert and her staff are always helpful, kind, and want the best for me. Even with a simple well woman's exam they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me achieve my health goals and set realistic expectations.
I've been coming to Founders Family for over 10 years. The service, care, knowledge and experience is exceptional. I would highly recommend their services.
