Quick, painless and to the point. I thought it went well.
I am always hesitant to start visiting a new practice. I was highly impressed with my visit today. Michelle brought me back to the patient room and was friendly, as well as efficient. She was clear in her instructions and was altogether approachable. When Dr. Kleinert entered the room, she had a very calming presence.
